Contact your assigned SBS LifeStyle Consultant to troubleshoot first. If you need further assistance, a SBS Support Ticket will be required.
Designated warranty time frames are mentioned in the owner's manual of the products.
support ticket instructions
Go to www.swissbionic.com
Click Support in the upper right corner and it will ask you for customer # (found on your invoice) and email
Click Open Support Ticket
Click Open A New Support Ticket
Click Create Ticket
You should receive an email confirmation with your Ticket Number. If you do not receive an email, contact the office to provide you with the ticket number.
Checking the status of support ticket
You will log into Support just as you did for creating a support ticket but will need to use ticket number assigned.
Click Open Support Ticket
Click Check Ticket Status
You will see further instructions.
